The Department:

The Department of Nutritional Sciences is in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

The Department provides instructional programs in all areas of nutrition and food safety. These programs prepare students for careers in clinical dietetics, community nutrition, food service management, and business and industry, as well as for graduate study or professional schools of medicine, dentistry, physical therapy or veterinary medicine.

The department participates in the honors program.
